***** (5 stars) - Because title suggests this is not those a technical review, I just don't know how to evaluate a pair of scissors technically! I'm not one who works with scissors daily, i'm not in a vocation which involves using this as a operate tool!

I bought this for the reason that we only had a person pair of "all-purpose" scissors at your house and I needed one with the office and I mostly work with it to cut paper or vinyl, and it has so far worked quite nicely for all those purposes without allowing me a reason to scream! It was pretty sharp away from the package and is comfortable to grasp, and for $2. 60, them couldn't be better! The packaging appeared to be standard and the blades were definitely pretty sharp for what Make the most of it for! It is for a long time for most of the tasks, truly the only place were it lost control "short", so to say, appeared to be when cutting wrapping cardstock to size!
